In order to request a crash replacement helmet, take your damaged helmet, along with your proof of purchase, a brief report on the accident and evidence/images of the cycling accident to your local Giant or Liv retailer.

Giant South Africa will liaise with the Dealer and, if approved, arrange the discounted replacement helmet.
